Jacob Salter

Jacob Salter is an attorney at Ferrainolo Allen, P.A., where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense. Jacob earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University before attending Florida State University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. During law school, he served as a member of the Florida State University Law Review, strengthening his legal research, writing, and analytical skills. He also gained hands-on litigation experience as a certified legal intern with the Second Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, where he developed courtroom experience and a strong foundation in advocacy.

Before joining Ferrainolo Allen, P.A., Jacob served as in-house trial counsel for a medical liability insurance company, representing medical providers throughout Florida. In that role, he handled matters from the perspective of both litigation strategy and client service, giving him valuable insight into the needs of healthcare professionals and insurers facing medical liability claims. His background allows him to provide thoughtful, responsive, and strategic representation to clients navigating high-stakes healthcare litigation.
