About John
John Rogers obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002, graduating magna cum laude. While attending Chicago-Kent College of Law, he was recognized as a Board of Directors Scholar and externed with a federal magistrate judge. He graduated in 2009, with honors, and began his legal career at a national firm in Chicago specializing in medical malpractice defense.
In 2012, John relocated to Pensacola, Florida, where he opened and operated a satellite office for his firm. Since 2009, he has gained substantial trial experience across Florida—including Escambia, Duval, and Polk Counties—and has served as first chair in several trials to verdict.
John has authored medical malpractice practice guides for a statewide organization of lawyers, presented to hospital medical staffs and national healthcare panels, and served as a keynote speaker at a local high school. Outside of trial work, he remains dedicated to pro bono service, providing free legal assistance to veterans and volunteering with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under the Law.
