Elisabeth Adamson

Elisabeth Adamson is a skilled defense attorney who helps healthcare providers, long-term care facilities, insurance companies, and other professionals navigate complex legal challenges. Her practice focuses on defending clients in medical, healthcare, long-term care, transportation, and general liability claims.

Elisabeth represents hospitals, doctors, nurses, long-term care facilities, veterinarians, and other healthcare professionals and businesses in lawsuits, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters. She brings extensive experience to each case and previously served as defense counsel for a hospital in one of the largest multi-plaintiff batch litigations in the country, handling nearly 500 individual claims.

Clients value Elisabeth’s strategic thinking, clear communication, and strong advocacy. She has successfully represented clients in trial courts across Florida, in appeals, and before state agencies such as the Department of Health, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and the Division of Administrative Hearings.

Before joining Ferrainolo Allen, P.A., Elisabeth worked with both national and local clients facing high-stakes litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, graduating in the top 7% of her class and earning national recognition for legal writing and advocacy. She was an active member and leader in the Florida State University Moot Court Team and Law Review.

Outside of work, Elisabeth enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs, and supporting the Jacksonville Public Library.
