About Cherish

Cherish N. Patitz is a native Floridian and seasoned injury attorney with a career distinguished by experience on both sides of the courtroom. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University–T.M.C. Law School and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida.

Cherish began her legal career as a plaintiff’s attorney but now uses that experience to fight for those who dedicate their lives to caring for others—healthcare providers. Prior to joining Ferrainolo Allen, she defended the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs against medical malpractice, negligence, premises liability, and mass tort claims.

Cherish was honored with the prestigious VA Office of General Counsel’s ICARE Award for Advocacy, recognizing her commitment to excellence and compassion in legal representation.

Outside the courtroom, Cherish channels the same energy and discipline into a love for adventure, softball, obstacle course racing, and martial arts—pursuits that reflect her competitive spirit and deep respect for resilience. These qualities translate directly into her legal practice: focused, fearless, and fiercely loyal to the clients she serves.
