About Stacey

Stacey Bostick focuses her practice on construction defect, general liability, premises liability, and professional malpractice and ethics matters. Her practice includes defense of construction and real estate professionals—including engineers, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and licensed real estate agents and brokers—in both litigation and regulatory matters.

Stacey understands the challenges faced by developers, contractors, design professionals, and licensed real estate brokers in residential and commercial projects. Her work includes advising clients on complex construction-related disputes, handling claims involving design and construction defects, managing liability issues arising from construction projects, and assisting with disputes from real estate transactions.

In addition to her litigation work, Stacey has extensive experience assisting clients before the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), guiding professionals through administrative processes and disciplinary matters involving licensing issues.

Prior to joining Ferrainolo Allen, P.A., Stacey worked at a Jacksonville law firm where she represented general contractors, subcontractors, and a large national homebuilder in a broad range of construction disputes. She also represented major real estate brokerages and their agents in professional liability matters, defending against claims of negligent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, and contract disputes.

Earlier in her career, Stacey interned with the Honorable Monte C. Richardson in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Stacey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, where she was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Louisiana State University, where she competed as a Division I athlete on the Women’s Swim & Dive Team. Stacey was a four-year letter winner, two-time Dean’s List recipient, and earned SEC Academic Honor Roll honors throughout her collegiate career.

A Jacksonville native, Stacey graduated from The Bolles School, where she was a four-year varsity swimmer and All-American.

In her free time, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys, attending sporting events, boating, and fishing.
